1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using any product published by Armen Software (IE Armen Yakhshibekyan, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Armenia) — including Chrome extensions, mobile applications, websites, and services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Description of Services

Armen Software develops and publishes a portfolio of Chrome browser extensions and mobile applications, including but not limited to: Screenshot Pro, YouTube Summarizer, LinkedIn Post Writer, Gmail Campaign, AI Chat Organizer, KDP Seller Dashboard, Marketplace Bot, Notion-Sheets Sync, Meeting Notes, and Productivity Dashboard. Each product operates according to its own documentation and feature set.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

• Most products provide core features at no cost via a free tier
• Paid tiers unlock additional features for a subscription fee
• Pricing is listed on our website and in the respective app store listings
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, VAT, and regulatory compliance. By purchasing a subscription or one-time license, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

• Paid plans may include a free trial period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Your purchase receipt and invoices will come from Paddle

5. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax collection and remittance, and compliance with local financial regulations. Armen Software is the product vendor; Paddle is the seller of record.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on all paid products. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our products
• Share, distribute, or resell license keys
• Use our products to violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent feature restrictions or license validation

8. Intellectual Property

Our products, websites, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Armen Software. Content you create using our tools (screenshots, notes, summaries, etc.) belongs to you — we claim no rights over your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some websites may restrict extension functionality due to browser security policies — this is beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armen Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through our products or website.
