Refund Policy

Scope
This refund policy applies to all paid products sold by Armen Software (IE Armen Yakhshibekyan, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Armenia), including Chrome extensions, mobile applications, and any associated subscription services.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, VAT, and compliance on our behalf. Your purchase receipt and invoice will come from Paddle.
Free Trials
Most of our products include a free trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the product during the trial before committing to a purchase.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@armensoftware.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or account credits at our discretion.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you want a refund for the current period, please contact us explicitly at refunds@armensoftware.com.
